Sleepy Time

This bedtime-themed baby quilt is pieced in rectangular patchwork blocks using navy, light blue, soft yellow, gray, and white cotton fabrics. The prints are full of nighttime imagery: sleeping sheep, cows jumping over moons, crescent moons with stars, fluffy clouds, and text like “Sweet Dreams” and “Always Dream Big Little One.” It is machine pieced and longarm quilted in a One Cloudy Day pantograph pattern. The backing is a blue star flannel, which feels noticeably softer and cozier than standard quilting cotton. The binding is white.
